Sketch from the Warren State Police
At around 3:45 pm, Pennsylvania State Police out of Warren County issued a B.O.L.O. (Be on the look out)
The incident occurred around 3:00 pm today when a white male about 5 feet 9 inches wearing a black hat and sunglasses was reported to have abducted a woman at gunpoint.
The suspect fled in a black full size Chevy truck with a red stripe. The truck is estimated to be a 90′s model.
The woman that was kidnapped is named (name removed as it is no longer necessary since she has been found). If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of the truck or suspect, please call the State Police, or 911.
Update
The suspect walked up to a the Griffin’s, taped and tied up the man, and then fled with the female victim. Police found the victim on Route 321, who reported that she had been raped.
The man was confirmed to have been in a vehicle with Maine plates on it.
