Shooter Identified in Murder of Olean Man

Today, at a press conference, it was announced that  Martez Johnson, 33, of Allegheny, NY, was arrested for violating his parole, and charged relating to the murder of James Williams, 27, of Olean NY.

The man who jumped out of the window to avoid being shot was identified as Eric Blair, from Buffalo, NY.  Blair is in the Erie County Medical Center being treated for his injuries.

A New York State Police dive team has also found a gun in the Allegheny River that they believe is the murder weapon.
