There was a partial building collapse at the American Legion in Olean NY.
At 11:18 a.m. a call was recieved at the 911 center in Cattaraugus County reporting that the building had partially collapsed.
There was a natural gas leak at the time of the call due to the collapse.
According to personnel on scene, the chimney collapsed through the roof near some hot water tanks.
Olean units are on scene and awaiting a few utility companies, including National Fuel, and the water authority.
The building was unoccupied at the time of the collapse.
Traffic is being rerouted around East State Street.
