At 5:34 pm, a caller reported that there was an intoxicated male in their back yard.
The suspect, a 6 foot 3 inch male refused to leave the back yard of 335 East Main Street in Bradford PA, when told to leave by the property owner.
Bradford City officers responded to the scene.
Upon arriving, officers identified the male, and found that he was on probation, with a “no alcohol clause”. The man was detained and taken to the station to await the arrival of a probation officer.
