At 1:37 am, an MVA was reported in Highland Township, in Elk County.
The accident was reported to be on Route 948, just East of Route 66.
2 cars are reported to have collided, head-on.
Elk Co. 8, Kane FD, and Kane Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
Upon being dispatched, the chief at Elk Co. 8 could not immediately find the accident.
At 1:49 am, PA State Police reported that they had found the accident, just south of the Highland Hotel, on route 66.
PSP advised that there was 1 patient with a severe head laceration.
