I 86 Re-Opened

At 11:50 am, State Troopers advised Cattaraugus County 911 that I-86 was re-opened.

It was closed between Olean and Cuba for a tractor trailer rollover.  The tractor trailer was hauling 40,000 pounds of explosives, and a special HAZMAT team had to be brought in to handle it.  It was believed that the explosives may have become unstable after the accident.
