Lewis Run Woman Dies in Barnum Road Accident

46 year old Lewis Run resident, Tekla Hallock, was pronounced dead on arrival at OGH after an accident on Barnum Road, January 18th.

She was a passenger in a pick up truck driven by 46 year old Bruce Hallock, who was also treated for injuries.

The accident occurred on the Olean NY side of Barnum Road.  Traffic was shut down from route 346 in Eldred, and from Route 16 in Olean.

Police say the truck went down and embankment and struck a tree.
