Tekla Ann Hallock, 41, of 8854 Rt. 59, Mt. Alton, passed away Monday, January 18th, 2010 at the Olean General Hospital.
Born April 3, 1968, in Kane, she was a daughter of the late William Parana and Dorothy Nicholas Thiery.
On May 22, 1994, in Bradford she married Bruce A. Hallock Jr. who survives.
She was a 1988 graduate of Johnsonburg High School, and later completed Airline Travel School. She was formerly employed at J&S Grinding in Ridgway, UPS, and later as a waitress at the Bradford Regional Airport Restaurant.
Surviving in addition to her husband is one daughter, Telicia Hallock, and one son, Brandon Hallock both at home, one sister Vonnie Lehman, of Erie, two brothers: John Parana of Ridgway, and Dewayne Parana of Rock Springs WY, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers: Joseph and Brian Parana.
Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc. South Ave., where funeral and committal services will be held on Thursday January 28, 2010 at 2:00pm with Rev. Leo Gallina, pastor of St. Bernard Church, officiating. Burial will be in Lafayette Evangelical Church Cemetery.
