More than two dozen municipal officials attended a recent Road Posting and Bonding Workshop held at the Gunzburger Building in Coudersport. Potter County Planning Director Charlotte Dietrich (shown) said the daylong program was the first in a series of workshops being hosted by the county, now that she has been certified to sponsor the sessions under the state’s Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP).
“These workshops can cover a variety of topics, from local roads and bridges to equipment operation and other technical aspects of serving as a local government official,” Dietrich said. “The meetings also allow municipal officials to interact and learn from each other’s experiences.”
