Judge says no misconduct occured between witness, jurors during O’Brien trial

LITTLE VALLEY – There was no inappropriate conduct between three jurors and a witness in the trial against a former state trooper who was found guilty in September of vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated, according to the judge who presided over the case.
