A man was getting out of his vehicle when another car hit his. The stationary car then hit the man. The man said that it knocked the wind out of him. It was unknown if he had any serious injuries.
No description could be given for the perpetrating vehicle, as it drove off quickly, and in an unknown direction.
Foster Township Police and Bradford City ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
