Bradford Man Charged In Sobriety Checkpoint
Kane Troopers report that on May 28, 2010 at 11:15 pm, Donald Joseph Munday, 46, of Bradford, PA, operating a 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo entered a DUI Sobriety Checkpoint on Route 219 in Bradford Township, conducted by Pennsylvania State Police. Munday was under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending in District Court 48-3-03.

Drake II withdrew the charges he filed in District Court last week against Robert Melvin Dick of Harrison Valley charging him with the rape of a 12 year old child.
