Thelma G. Dent, 88, of 23 Glenwood Ave. passed away Friday, June 4th, 2010 at The Pavilion at BRMC. Born April 28, 1922, in Altoona, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Sarah (Claycomb) Wertz. On September 27, 1945 in Bradford she married Duane R. Dent who died on May 17, 1998.

Bradford Man Charged In Sobriety Checkpoint

Kane Troopers report that on May 28, 2010 at 11:15 pm, Donald Joseph Munday, 46, of Bradford, PA, operating a 2007 Chevrolet Monte Carlo entered a DUI Sobriety Checkpoint on Route 219 in Bradford Township, conducted by Pennsylvania State Police. Munday was under the influence of alcohol. Charges are pending in District Court 48-3-03.

Dick’s Rape Charge Withdrawn/New Charges Filed In Rape Of 12 Year Old Girl Dick Returned To Jail In Lieu Of $200,000. Bail Trooper Glenn C.
