Head on MVA

At 1:37 am, an MVA was reported in Highland Township, in Elk County. The accident was reported to be on Route 948, just East of Route 66. 2 cars are reported to have collided, head-on. Elk Co. 8, Kane FD, and Kane Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
